Dr. Éva Simon

Head of Dr. SIMON Law Office, Dr. Eva SIMON, graduated in law (LLD) at the faculty of law of the Budapest University of Sciences in 1976, became lawyer-in-training in the lawyers' co-operative (later law-firm) No 28 and was admitted to the bar in 1979. Initially she undertook a variety of personal civil and criminal cases in and out of court. Later, as the firm's activity expanded, she received assignments in a great variety of commercial, corporate and business law cases. The firm has been established on December 1st, 1999 in which Dr. Simon continued her previous practice independently. However, the firm has a much longer past since its walls are decorated by an original document of the year 1847, ancient degrees in law and lawyers' certificates belonging to attorney members of foregoing generations of the family.

Dr. Eva SIMON' s son, Dr. Adam SZANTAY began his career in year 2000 as lawyer-candidate of Dr. SIMON Law Office, and after taking the special examinations, in year 2004 he established Dr. SZANTAY Law Office. Dr. SIMON Law Office, Dr. Eva SIMON and Dr. SZANTAY Law Office, Dr. Adam SZANTAY work in cooperation. As a result of the increasing number of assignments, the law offices have moved to new business premises as of 1st January 2008, address: 1117 Budapest, Karinthy F. út 9. The size and the technical equipment of the new office enables the enlargement of the staff and the provison of legal services on an even higher level.
